CARF stands for: Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. CARF accreditation signals a service provider's commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community. CARF provides accreditation services worldwide. Providers that meet CARF standards have demonstrated their commitment to being among the best available.

 

Pathways is required to have a certification process that standardizes the work we do. We have used CARF services for this for a long time. We currently have a status of Full Accreditation that lasts for 3 years. Our most recent survey was conducted from 1/12/2022-1/14/2022.  Toward the end of the accreditation cycle, CARF will conduct another survey of our agency to ensure that previously established standards are upheld.
